If my rental manuals are not returned until the booked return date or if I have a backlog, I recognize and accept that I will expire all future rents with the LCC bookstore. I recognize that the non-return of rental equipment until the renting deadline may result in a freeze in my student protocol until all fees and fees are paid. The card in the file is charged a replacement and non-return shipping fee. Replacement and non-return fees are charged to the credit card. The book will belong to you. The replacement fee is 75% of the new book price at the time of purchase. The non-return fee is 7.5% of the price of the new book at the time of purchase. These fees are in addition to the rental. If I do not return the rental book, I pay the full price of the book, less the rental fee previously paid, plus VAT. I understand that the debit/credit card used to guarantee the lease must have an expiry date at least 30 days after the due date of the rent repayment. I authorize the bookstore or its agent to withdraw/debit the debit/credit card account used to secure the rental transaction. The condition of rent is proof of the total commercial liability of $US 1,000,000 prior to the event, the college being referred to as «additional insured». Yes! Just use the back-to-home label.
We recommend, if you flip several books, to place them in a box so that you will only need one shipping label. Depending on opening hours, you can also drop off your books at the bookstore. Please see the link at the bottom of the page to access the return label. They are charged the replacement fee plus the non-return fee for each book that is not returned to the bookstore, regardless of the reason. These fees are in addition to the rental. The bookstore can send up to five reminder messages to my favorite email and/or contact me by phone. However, it is my responsibility to return the (s) notebook (s) until the due date, even if I do not receive this email. I am a registered student currently enrolled at Lakeland Community College (LCC), aged at least 18, and I have decided to voluntarily enter into this manual lease for the duration of the current semester. Most payment methods currently accepted in the bookstore can also be used for rents. We require a credit card to be registered, even if you pay with another method. What for? It is only if you win the lottery and forget to return your book that we must charge you for it (see paid section). 1. I understand that it is my responsibility to make the textbooks leased on the day or before the last day of the final during the current/traditional terms or to pay the current sale price to replace the book, in addition to what was paid at the time of the lease. 2. I understand that the rental book is owned and operated by the bookstore owned by Kirkwood Community College. To rent a manual, I have to pay the rent of the manual for each manual. By accepting the terms of the manual loan program, I promise to return the rented manual to the bookstore in good condition intact. The book must be in a commercial state, determined by the Kirkwood bookstore.
3. Whether or not I receive a reminder, I find that I am responsible for the return of my apartment in due course. 4. I authorize the bookstore to charge my credit card account the amount of the dollar corresponding to the total selling price of an identical book, if the rented manuals are not returned on the day or before the last day of the final during the current/traditional conditions, or if the rented manuals are returned in a non-reusable state: these are lost or stolen manuals, water-endorsed or without pages.
